Building Effective Teams Group Coaching Workshop
The primary objective of this workshop is to understand how to build effective teams, which are the cornerstone of successful business in today’s dynamic and interconnected business landscape.
This workshop will equip you and your team with the essential skills and strategies needed to foster collaboration, boost productivity, and create a positive work culture. From understanding team dynamics to effective communication and conflict resolution, you will be guided through practical exercises and real-world examples, ensuring you leave with actionable insights.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just starting your career, this workshop will empower you to build, lead, and sustain high performing teams.
The workshop is interactive and encourages individual participation. The workshop also requires for the participants to step out of their comfort zones and reflect on their current personal and professional lives. There are a number of tools and techniques used in the workshop which will assist participants in reaching their goals in self-discovery. These techniques and tools can be used outside of the workshop environment in their everyday lives.
Participants will be required to have completed their extended DISC® behaviour profiles and briefing session (individual or group) prior to the workshop.

Due to the nature of the workshop, it is facilitated in person.
This workshop is a 6 hour workshop, facilitated over 2 days (3 hours per day).
